ارزیابی سیستم‌های سازه‌ای صنعتی جهت تأمین اصل تمرکززدایی از تهران

چکیده

با توجه نتایج تحقیقات در مورد موشک‌باران سال‌های ۱۳۶۶ و ۱۳۶۷ و تهدیدهای امنیتی در پهنه‌بندی تهران، اصل پراکنش و تمرکززدایی از پایتخت در قالب یکی از پایه‌های طرح آمایش دفاعی سرزمین است. کاهش وابستگی تهران به شهرهای اطراف و نوسازی و مقاوم‌سازی ابنیه‌ مسکونی و خدماتی جزو اهداف اصلی در حوزه بحث تمرکززدایی از تهران برای کسب آمادگی دفاعی و مقابله با جنگ شهرها و جنگ‌های بی‌قاعده است. تأثیرگذارترین بخش در مدت‌زمان و میزان هزینه‌ ساخت، انتخاب سیستم سازه‌ای مناسب است. در این مقاله ساختمان ۱۵ طبقه الگو با سه سیستم سازه‌ای اسکلت فولادی و اتصالات درختی، سیستم بتن مسلح پیش‌ساخته با اتصالات غلافی و سیستم سازه‌ای دیوار عایق ماندگار پانلی با استفاده از المان‌های شبیه‌سازی‌شده با سطوح جزئیات بالا در ابعاد سوم، چهارم و پنجم مدل اطلاعات ساختمان مدل‌سازی شد. شبیه‌سازی دقیق هر سه سیستم سازه‌ای منجر به پیشنهاد سیستم سازه‌ای دیوار عایق ماندگار پانلی برای کاهش هزینه‌ تمرکززدایی از تهران شد.
