بررسی آمادگی بیمارستان های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران جهت پیاده سازی راهبردهای پدافند غیر عامل از دیدگاه مدیران

چکیده

در شرایط بحرانی، مانند حوادث طبیعی و جنگ، با استفاده از پدافند غیرعامل می توان از وارد شدن خسارات مالی به تاسیسات حیاتی و نظامی و تلفات انسانی جلوگیری نمود و یا میزان این خسارات و تلفات را به حداقل ممکن کاهش داد. با توجه به اهمیت مراکز بهداشت و درمان، بیمارستان‌ها، یکی از این تاسیسات حیاتی بوده و لزوم آمادگی این تاسیسات جهت پیاده­سازی راهبردهای پدافند غیرعامل ضروری می‌باشد. هدف این مطالعه بررسی آمادگی بیمارستان­های شهر تهران در مورد پدافند غیرعامل در سال 1397 بوده است. پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی است که بر روی 15 نفر از مدیران بیمارستان­های تهران انجام شده است. روش نمونه­گیری سرشماری بود و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته چهار قسمتی بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از نرم­افزار SPSS23 و آزمون­های آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی همبستگی اسپیرمن، رگرسیون تک متغیره و  t-testانجام گرفت. این روش نشان می­دهد آگاهی از ویژگی کالبدی 71/0، پراکندگی 606/0، خروجی‌های متعدد 587/0، فضای باز 518/0 بیشترین میزان آگاهی و آگاهی از پناهگاه 138/0، عمق و ارتفاع ساختمان 018/0 دسترسی هوایی 016/0 کمترین میزان آگاهی را نشان داد و مشخص شد آمادگی بیمارستان­های تهران در سطح متوسط رو به پایین می­باشد.

In crisis situations, such as natural disasters and warfare, using inactive means, it is possible to prevent financial losses to vital and military installations and human casualties, or to reduce the amount of such damage and losses to the minimum. Given the importance of health care centers, hospitals are one of these critical areas and the need for the facility to make non-operational defense strategies is essential. Objective: This study was to investigate the readiness of Tehran hospitals for passive defense in 1397. Method: This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 15 managers of hospitals in Tehran. The sampling method was census method and the data gathering tool was a researcher-made four-part questionnaire.Data analysis was performed using SPSS23 softwares and descriptive-analytic tests of Spearman correlation, univariate regression and t-test. Results: Knowledge of physical characteristics 0.71, dispersion of 0.606, multiple outputs 0.587, open space, 0.518 The highest level of knowledge and awareness of shelter 0.138, depth and height of building 0.018, aerial access 0.016 showed the lowest level of awareness.
Results: The readiness of hospitals in Tehran was moderately low.
