چکیده

زیرساخت‌های سبز و سایر راه‌حل‌های مبتنی بر طبیعت، به عنوان رویکرد‌های نوآورانه‌ای هستند که علاوه بر آن که منطبق بر تغییرات جهان اطراف ما بوده، راهی برای حفاظت از منابع طبیعی ارائه می‌دهند و در نهایت موجب افزایش کیفیت محیط‌های شهری، افزایش انعطاف‌پذیری محلات و ترویج سبک زندگی پایدار، بهبود سلامت و رفاه ساکنان شهری خواهند بود. این مفهوم در حقیقت مفهومی‌ نسبتاً جدید است و هنوز ارزیابی دقیقی در رابطه با شهرهای متراکم نظیر شهر تهران در ارتباط با آن انجام نشده است. این پژوهش تلاش می‌کند در راستای افزایش کیفیت زندگی شهروندان، ضمن بررسی ویژگی‌های زیرساخت سبز شهری و تبیین معیارهای اجرای زیرساخت سبز شهری در شهرهای متراکم و شناخت چالش‌ها، محدودیت و فرصت‌های پیش رو در مسیر اجرای زیرساخت سبز شهری در یکی از پهنه‌های با تراکم بالای شهری (محله شیخ هادی در منطقه 11 شهر تهران)، راهبردهای اجرائی در راستای بازطراحی منظر این منطقه ارائه نماید. بنابراین این پژوهش با نتایج کاربردی و در قالب پژوهشی توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده و با بهره‌گیری از ابزار مصاحبه ساختار یافته نظرات صاحبنظران در ارتباط با مفهوم زیرساخت سبز شهری، معیارهای لازم برای اجرای زیرساخت سبز شهری در شهرهای متراکم و در نهایت راهکارهای اجرائی زیرساخت سبز شهری وزن‌دهی گردیده و سپس بر اساس روش تحلیل محتوا و اولویت‌بندی زیرمعیارهای مربوط به هر کدام از این معیارها، پلان راهبردی برای بخش‌هایی از این محله و اجرای رویکرد زیرساخت سبز شهری ارائه خواهد نمود. تا در نهایت بتواند گامی ‌در راستای افزایش پایداری محیطی در این محدوده و بهبود سلامت و کیفیت زندگی شهروندان آن بردارد.

Green infrastructure and other nature-based solutions are innovative approaches that, in addition to adapting to the changes in the world around us, provide a way to protect natural resources and ultimately increase the quality of urban environments. Increasing the flexibility of neighborhoods and promoting a sustainable lifestyle will improve the health and well-being of urban residents. This concept is actually a relatively new concept and a detailed evaluation has not yet been done in relation to dense cities such as Tehran. This research tries to increase the quality of life of citizens, while examining the characteristics of urban green infrastructure and explaining the criteria for the implementation of urban green infrastructure in dense cities and identifying the challenges, limitations and opportunities ahead in the path of implementing urban green infrastructure in one of the areas With high urban density (Sheikh Hadi neighborhood in the 11th district of Tehran), provide implementation strategies in the direction of redesigning the landscape of this area. Therefore, this research is with practical results and in the form of descriptive-analytical research, and by using the tool of structured interview, the opinions of experts in connection with the concept of urban green infrastructure, the necessary criteria for the implementation of urban green infrastructure in dense cities, and finally the implementation solutions of green infrastructure city ​​has been weighted and then based on the method of content analysis and prioritization of the sub-criteria related to each of these criteria, a strategic plan will be presented for parts of this neighborhood and the implementation of the urban green infrastructure approach. In order to finally be able to take a step towards increasing environmental sustainability in this area and improving the health and quality of life of its citizens.
