Reducing the amount of radiated energy from military equipment such as helicopters leads to an increase in the possibility of hiding or camouflage them. In this research, the parameters affecting radiation heat transfer, including heat transfer equations, the effects of diffusion environment, the heat flux reaching the surface of the helicopter body, and the geometry of the helicopter body surface are investigated. Then software simulation is performed in the presence of sunlight and at different angles and its effect on thermal sensors. The results obtained from the simulation show that the most effective characteristics in thermal radiation are the importance of the angle and the absorption coefficient, respectively. By changing the angle of the helicopter, the visibility coefficient between the sensor and the helicopter changes, and as a result, the amount of radiation in between also changes, and these changes also change with the change in color, material, surface and other factors affecting the absorption coefficient.
